Client Services Administrator / Adviser Assistant – Insurance & Risk North Sydney | Hybrid Working | Award-Winning Financial Services Firm The Position As our Risk Client Service Officer, you will be the vital link between Stanford Brown’s specialist Risk Advisers and the clients they serve. Working within our client services team, you will deliver exceptional, ‘heroic’ service across a broad portfolio of personal and group insurance clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that spans insurance administration, underwriting and claims management, and stakeholder relationship-building. You will be trusted to manage complex matters with care and precision, and to proactively identify better ways of working.
